Realistically, we have the worst list in the AFL this year so we're simply not going to win many. By all rights, shouldn't win any. We've already done that once and there's still some chance lightning might strike again.

Just don't expect it. Focus on individual effort, look for positives in among losses. And if a rare win arrives, awesome.

Anyway, you know all this.

But trust me, it makes it more bearable to have this sort of outlook.

Mate, we all feel the pain of the past 3 years, it really has sucked to be an EFC supporter during this time. But you know what, we're still here, sticking strong with the club (much to the angst of many opposition supporters) and will be in a much better place in 2017.
