It'll be great to see Libba and Rockliff rack up 100 possessions and 30 tackles between them in the matchup between the two least accountable midfields in the comp (yes Jade including Richmond)

Don't assume all footballers who come through private schools are from really well off, socially stable backgrounds.

My guess is that Carlton dumped him before his 100 games so they wont have to draft Bootsma Jr in the futurePretty sure I read somewhere he has a girl pregnant so he is in big trouble.

Here do Collingwood's fit into your assessments Ben? Know how highly you think of Steele, Dane and Pendles in that fact?
I can't tip this way. Because norf are expected to win this week, they're gonna choke. 9thmond will jag the win, and a fortnight away from the blowtorch. IMO.Was just looking at the fixture and noticed that Richmond have Kangaroos, Dockers, Sydney in the next 3 weeks.
They're about to go 3-10. Classic Bitchmond.

Besides the particularities of how they get there, many don't. If you want to prove your contention, you first need to actually demonstrate the age and rate of reproduction, and beyond that you need to demonstrate that it's the private schoolboys unexpectedly procreating, rather than the country kids and outer-suburbanites, among the broader population of whom that is far more common. Or, to put it another way, and without casting aspersions, if these guys weren't footballers, would they be going into finance or a trade?Fodzilla - Can you elaborate on socio-economic background - Seeing that many draftees come from private school backgrounds.
Can't see it happening tbh.
North have a tendancy for dishing up a shit game every now and then but their shit game is still better than what Richmond have regularly been dishing up this season.
Richmond are literally the biggest embarrassment in the competition.
Highly recommend you don't follow my gut instincts anyway, I'm about to commit to the Dee's beating collingwood on Monday. Gulp. Can't see it happening tbh.

Anyone giving Brisbane a chance?
North should murder them, to be honest.North to face a firey Richmond that's been hammered by the media all week would like for Richmond to win but cant see it happening.
Jake Stringer is about to become a father. Kid is what, 20?
It'd be slightly impressive, and very creepy, if a club ever did go down that deliberate breeding path. It's part of the Doggies list management plan, they hope to have his kid as father son and to be playing in the same team as his old man.

Yeah, it doesn't.Absolutely true. But private school education is supposed to cure all ills.

Young Josh Bootsma, for example, is not exactly the archetype of a big-city high-flyer.
Yeah, it doesn't.
Depending on the dynamics and gender ratios, some would argue it creates as many as it fixes.
