I get you. Used to be in my hateable teams, but with BCook, Voss and their actual list, they are likeable, and very good, but that's enough praise.

Multiple actually. Apart from supporting Geelong, I actually enjoy watching very good teams deliver. This IS a non-Geelong thread.

All in the eye of beholder. I like watching Curnow, Cripps, Cerra, Walsh, Weitering, McKay, DeK, Saad. I didn't say likeable club yet, just team. Anyway, we have bigger issues than needing approval for appreciating top 8 teams. Lions included.

2009; fickle memory. And they were brilliant that year. Took a mighty effort and team to win that flag.
Have liked the Pies for a number of years- great to watch, great value. Btw, I never actually liked Saints that year, just highly rated them and feared them, after losing the unlosable 08 GF.
Doubt I will ever actually like Hawks or Tigers, even though I appreciated their glory years.
Swans looking good too.

Can't get that (me) appreciating other quality teams has any impact on "your" support of Geelong.

Lessons learnt so far… it’s a new season, and anything is possible. Brisbane would have never lost that last season.. they already look more vulnerable

Shame for the competition generally. He’s one of the better players to watch imo.

Early days, but the blues were impressive. It’s a bad loss for brissy, especially coming off the gf. Still-see how it all looks in 6 weeks.

I only caught the first quarter but I have to wonder if between everyone copying Collingwood and playing hyper aggressive open ground counter attacking football couple with the rule changes in the Post Richmond era, if we just embarking on year of coin flip football. A competition full of Mathew Knights' Essendon on display.

The team that finds a reliable way to lock this down will win the premiership.
