I've hated Essendon since 1992/3

I've never really cared that much about Essendon to be honest. In my life time we have never really been competing at the same time. 1 final against them in over 30 years. The Ablett / Salmon game basically the only memorable match between the two teams.

Shit supporters though. One of my fave footy photos.

Welp, what a waste. Just another "opinion piece" by Cornes where they use language in the article like "HAS BEEN CRITICISED" to make it sound like its multiple people with this opinion, when its just Cornes with these comments.

Wow, what a headline, "Player who won flag returning to preseason later than players who didn't."

Extraordinary.

The article is completely baseless. It's written by the most irritating person in footy media.

Could work two ways. contract increases inline with the CBA. Or if the CBA increase is greater than an certain amount, the wage increases by either a % or a fixed amount
