Been hearing some bad news... Apparently the NRL are going to block the Bears bid to takeover Titans.

Because so far it's been the only bid that's seemed the most viable and most vocal, haven't heard jack from the others.

isn't there supposed to be an NRL expansion in 2020? I highly doubt it though.

Yeah have heard the NRL aren't keen on the Bears taking over.
Real shame. The Bears were my very first love but when they disappeared, became a Newcastle fan. Mind you, I was 8 years old when they left the comp.
