Current music is so bad that even Pink is STILL getting her god awful music played on the radio. It’s a scene man.
Garry Lyon couldn’t STFU though. It sounded great on the TV until he talked over it like the ******* he is.

I was listening to the ABC broadcast- they actually stopped talking and said ‘now let’s listen to the fans sing Never Tear Us Apart’
Apart from the first line - Could hear the whole thing - sounded awesome.
Adds so much more to the atmosphere and build up than listening to commentators talk s**t.
Pink's music is synonymous with sexed up cougars, so it's alright by me.
Probably why Mix 102.3 have her as a regular.

drives me nuts how Fox commentators always talk through it as I love listening to the fans. It defies logic that they can't understand how it adds something special to the product they are broadcasting.
ABC did it well as I was still on the way to the game after my sons footy.
Went quiet for the fan singing component.

We are getting louder once they turn down the music. The last couple of lines especially the - And they can NEVER, EVER, tear us apart is beautifully belted out by the fans these days.

A visiting interstate Magpie here, but I just wanted to say, I get goosebumps when I watch Port supporters sing that song! It is really something special. Last night it set the stage perfectly for one of the bravest victories I've ever seen.
