Nasiah's desperate efforts to get the Saints a win yesterday can only lean to one thing.

He desperately wants to get home to SA and play for Port. The more wins the Saints get, the more chance they jump above Port on the ladder and we end up with a PSD pick in front of them.

There’s just zero, absolute zero chance saints would re-draft nas in the psd and bring on the wrath of the players union just itching for a chance like this to argue for more player freedoms and an afl that is deadly afraid of said player union. The saints are the most reliant on the afls blessing to survive. They won’t kiss them off. No team is really, but saints … yeah they’re definitely not going to bite the hand that literally feeds them.


The only real threat in psd would have been crows.

Also, there’s always the ability for nas to nominate in national draft and go there, where no team would take him first round if he doesn’t want to be there also regarding above. We only have to get a first round pick before Adelaide, which any team outside of top 5 is trading for our future 1st.
