Please Port supporters please stop this sooking and bedwetting. The Cows have been stronger than us for about 4 months out of the last 7 years.

Things are never as bad as they seem and never as good as they seem.
Delusional to think the crows won't kick on from here. I hate the crows, but their currently in great shape top down. This won't be a bounce straight back up, this will be a long haul out the 8

Why would he want to come here
Maybe the fact he would to put the club that has family ties to him back where we belong.
And to be able to do it with Burgoyne and JHF would mean so much to him

I hope he has a work ethics after hitting a big pay day, that is the problem for many

It's a bit like if we were discussing a Wingard trade the week after Showdown 35. We would have been talking him up at the future GOAT.

For sure he just played one of the all time great games, and he has the physical tools and size Chad was lacking, but there is some hysteria here.

We never capitalised, despite consistently giving ourselves an amazing platform to at least make a Grand Final without having to leave AO until the big one.

The Crows might do it at the first time of offering in their current build.

Gotta admit, that's both scary and annoying 😂.

They're irrepressible at the moment, having to rely on other teams to have a worldie and knock them off when it matters 'aint a fun spot to be.

Hence the bleating.

They might also go BANG BANG and have a bunch of injuries next year. Point is bedwetting about the Cows can provide nothing positive.

I know i shouldnt post stuff from other boards, but this is really interesting. 1753848203871.png

I’ve always believed living in Adelaide makes this bedwetting worse.
Since being in Perth you don’t get this sort of carry on as much between the two sides here.
Yeah there’s a bit of ribbing but not to the extent of full on you’ll get in Adelaide.
Hard to pinpoint why but there is definitely a big difference.

I don’t see what we can offer them if Butters isn’t included in the deal.
Probably more future picks? Though we've already traded away so many and I think there are requirements around keeping a certain number.. Which we already had to get an exemption on to pick up JHF.

Ok so max Hall has singed a 2 year deal (one of saints uncontracted players)

If nas is gonna re-sign it surely has to be in the next 14 days

Future picks is an unknown thing.
You might get a good player or you might end up with a total dud.
I’d say the odds are more likely a dud or average type at best with a first round pick.
When you trade for a star player you know exactly what your getting and baring injury its mostly going to be a good deal playing wise and also financial ( more bums on seats Buddy Franklin example).
You want the best you have to pay for it , this is better than our normal cheap Charlie ways.

Lol korn should be worried about the rubbish ratings he has brought to ch7.
I would be moderately amused if 7s ratings tanked.

I have never watched or listened but I have never heard of another commentator/former player turn on the club that gave them their opportunity.

It’s like he’s media coaching has come from his father and it’s ordinary.

The ratings tank he’ll be gone by the time Nas chooses his locker.

That would be as enjoyable as Ken packing up .

Port would be negligent to not go all in for NWM where there is a chance you can snag him.

Though if this all comes down to money, Saints will blink and pay him the moon.

And at this rate, they could very well offer him the moon and still be turned down.

This is not a case whereby St. Kilda can offer a particular number to guarantee he stays.

Of course. I was just saying if it was to do with money, etc etc.

Honestly, though, if he did ask for a trade, where is Port getting the picks? You'll have to give up something decent. The dogs think they are getting Butters either this year or next.

Losing Butters defeats the purpose of getting Nasiah. I would say this, unless Butters has privately indicated he is leaving already we would not be asking him to leave. It would be like asking peak Lockett to leave - oh sorry.

Come on, Butters equals peak Lockett?
