I am not entirely sure how Ben Williams is running the show at this point. I do know that Port are in regular contact with him. I have also been led to have the impression that it's going to reach a point whereby there will be a final offer presented to NWM, but whether this will be instigated by Williams or by Port, I'm not sure.

If Port get word they may be out of it, I won't be surprised to see them pivot to other targets pretty quickly thereafter.

FWIW, Port's offer around a month ago was (over the life of the deal) in the vicinity of 16 million including all escalators and triggers for further years on the contract to increase the overall value of the deal. Definitely not something to sneeze at.
