Anyone see the Willi game on TV on Saturday? I didn't think Harry was anything to get excited about. Willi won but there wasn't a single player to get the least bit excited about. Billy Morrison was useless. Would be a certain delisting with Lokan and Williams I would think. I wouldn’t think Harry would get promoted next year either.
Beat the top side, cant have done too bad. Swan was terrific running through the lines, Rowe did well and others like O'Brien showed good form in patches.

Harry has done enough to be re-rookied next year but promotion to the senior list may be 2007.

hotpie, VFL wins are secondary to player development for Collingwood. Happy to give Harry another rookie year but he is a mile off AFL and so was every player in the good but irrelevant win. A couple of Willi listed players were good but it is VFL and not AFL. The Collingwood players were average. Most contributed but none looked remotely AFL. Skills are not up to scratch. I know it was windy Jesus we have an ordinary kicking list.

To be fair many of our reserves were either injured or playing for Collingwood seniors. The only players we are genuinely interested in are the 2-3 younger players we have left, like Rowe B Shaw Davies Swan and O'Brien, two of whom are rookies. Three of them had very good games on Saturday.

The form of the remainder, like Lokan Williams and B Morrison, is academic as they will be gone at seasons end.
