I think a new coach would really freshen things up. Terry has had enough time to prove what he can do. You guys have a great list with alot of young talent theres no reason why you cant make the finals with a new coach and different perspective.

You see it is attitudes like this that are the problem with this club, a pissweak effort is put up and people just accept it because we are a 'young' side. Time for that to stop and time for the heat to be applied to players and find out who really wants it. Enough of the bullshit, after 4 years of building we should be getting more than what was shown today when our season is on the line. Instead we gave up without a yelp.

and I dont recall stating anything about our side being young as the basis for what I stated .

Go watch the game again and see it wasnt the lack of qualities that you suggest that lost us the game but once again the poor kicking skills bewildering choices by players under pressure lack of run and carry and a non fuctioning midfield and forward line under constant pressure even when it got there, from a superior side
When the heat was applied, yes have crumbled but not because of what reason you suggest.

Just got back from the game. People were lauging out loud at us today.
Crows supporters were nearly wetting their pants at how inspid we were. Grown men and women belly laughing at our pathetic skill level.
And they were quite within their rights to.
The scoreline flattered us today. We were a 120-point worse side than them today.

i think u are being a little bit harsh on bowdo. but as for jacko.. he has been given enough chances so has shulz even though he didn play today.. same as tivs hyde king is not accountable and there are a few other players that i have missed.

this is why the tigers wont be a force in the AFL

we are satisfied with playing players who are rated as middle class.

we have a LONG way to go as a football club and a premiership is not around the corner and wont be for a while

I agree with your view in that there were poor skills, agree there were some bewildering choices made by players. However, what I'm talking about has nothing to do with that:

• it has to do with us letting Adelaide players waltz through the middle of the ground and into the F50 unchecked,
• it has to do with forwards letting their opponents run out of D50 unchecked and without pressure,
• it has to do with the lack of leadership shown by veterans, it has to do with the arrogance of a certain player early in the game who failed to make the distance after trying to be a smartarse,
• it has to do with the 'heart and soul of the club' berating players for trying the impossible instead of doing the team thing only for them to stuff up a few minutes later and yet be seemingly excused for it because it is part of their game.

These are things that have me angry and lead me to believe what my signature says.

You could almost see it coming. Most important game of the year, everything on the line...a win and we are still in the hunt for the 8.

The faithful rug up in front of the telly. Hoping, just hoping, that today will be the day the 22 wearing the yellow and black jumper prove us wrong ...with a spirited fight in a game that keeps us in contention.

By half time the spirit has weakened, and another kind of spirit takes over...single malt thank you and go easy on the ice!

We pin our hopes on star recruits like Cotchin.

Silky smooth skills, maturity beyond his years, potentially the best tiger ever? Then you notice he starts making some decision errors, doubt creeps into his game and you get that dreaded sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach...oh no please no, could the failure virus that is RFC be starting to affect him too?

And yes, a few of the lads put their hand up, put their body on the line, backed into packs with no thought of personal preservation. You can't fault the endeavor of a few.

But the game winners, the stars, the experienced heads? Nowhere to be seem.

Gave up without so much as a yelp!

We'll continue to support them though, buy memberships and put up with crap from opposition supporters, because to be a Richmond supporter is to suffer.

Today we had three young blokes throwing themselves at every contest in McGuane, Thursty and Moore however they will be made to look bad by the stats sheet due to the amount of ball let in by their "mates" up the ground.

Whoever decision it was to trade for Sanchez McMo should be shot. I was on the fence about him up until now. He has no defensive game, no pressure. It's all good and well to be a outside reciever but you got to hit targets. I mean we offload Fiora and then get this bloke in.

Morton pathetic, come on take a hit for the jumper instead of pulling out of every contest. Tuck will be overated by all, great he had 30 odd touches that did S.F.A. and was killed on the rebound by his opponent. Simmonds take the rest of the year off. Sugar enjoy retirment. Deledio nice to see you get your possesion count up once the game was allready done and dusted.

Richo focus less on spraying a team mate and more on not spraying your kicks. King love your endevour but you are just not up to it. Edwards hit the gym ready for a big season next year etc etc.

But W.O.G. by a country mile goes to T.Wallace. First off way to get the boys up for an important game. Second of all great to show us how to be out coached. We are getting killed of the half forward line by the crows run off their half back. So what do you do a quarter and a half too late? Send Patto up there, great work to send a such a mobile option to counter act their run Dick Head.

Oh and N.Brown I by no means were at any time what you would consider a good footballer and I understand that anyone that makes it to even one game at AFL level has done a considerable amount more than me in terms of playing this great game of Aussie Rules. However having said that even I know that when you take a mark 35M out from goal you go back and take a set shot at goal.
