So uh, lets just pretend this post isn't here. OK? I tried merging two threads, and it went horribly wrong.

So in an effort to make this board more organised for the (no doubt crazy) coming few weeks, we've decided it is best to keep everything organised and ideally in it's own specific thread. Which means separate threads for Free Agency, Trade Week and the F/S Bidding.

So this thread, is all about Trade Week!

Post any rumours you've heard, and discuss them with the world. Alternatively if you have no inside sources (as opposed to apparently the majority of those who post on this board) then feel free to come up with your own trade hypotheticals - just be sure to mark it as your own creation, and not a rumour.

Once something becomes official (for example, Tippett or Caddy moving clubs) then it can have it's own thread. But while it's just a rumour, lets keep the talk in here. Otherwise, we'll be getting 20+ new threads each day.

As always, place nice. Don't shoot someone down just for the sake of it. Remember no abuse, no matter how minor. And, finally let us pray that the next couple of weeks go extremely quickly for all of our sakes.

Something involving Monfries to Port- honestly it is benefitail for both clubs to get something, Port are risking their compensation if they get him under FA.

Lachie Hansen is still unsigned, apparently North is currently negotiating his contract.
Hoping there are no surprises regarding Hansen, he is a required player at North.

Less than 10% IMO.
Whoever wants Mitch Brown must put up something exceptional.
Now he is unlikely to be worth what we'd need to part with him (sub-15 pick) for most other clubs.
Unfortunately, he is extremely valuable to us and very important.

He's valuable to West Coast because he's your only back-up, if I was him i'd quit the club, would hate to be tagged as back-up

Well for whatever reason it has been stated that he is perfectly happy being there.
His WAFL form has been exceptional and he is still contracted so for him to be traded would require a sub-15 pick being made available.
This seems like overpayment, hence why I think he'll stay.

It's unlikely Lake will leave, imo. Only way would be if he wanted a chance to win a premiership, and if Hawthorn gave us a very good deal.

Well they probably can afford to give you a good deal, that said I wouldn't I were Hawthorn as there are younger options.
