Simmons tweeted that Griffin and Jordan were #2 and #3 in the league for dunks last season. Clippers GM should make a call to the Hawks about Josh Smith...Clippers have done great....but there is still that doubt! After all they are the Clippers!
Time will tell but when they are all healthy, CP3 to Griffen combo would be fun to watch. Jordan doesn't mind getting up there either.
Not much depth but real excitement in their starting 5.

Of course!

People can say what they like about Stern but he had the balls of steel this one and in the end he got both of the things that Clippers were reluctant to give up together. They were prepared to give up one of Gordon or Minny pick but ended up giving both.I've been the only Clipper on here for almost 8 years.
To be honest, EG is/was probably my favourite player and its really sad to see him go. I hope the trade doesn't come back to bite us.
And I'm someone who still hasn't gotten over Shaun Livingston. That kid had it all before injury.

If Hornets get a bit of luck and draft smartly, they could be back before you know it. Minny's pick could be top 5. Their own pick could be top 5 and they get a stud young SG in Gordon. F-A is a solid prospect.
Hornets got more for CP3 than what many fans would have hoped for. Its a spanking and miles better than the Lakers deal. Stern held out and got what he wanted in spades.
I am pretty sure Mo might be on the way out somewhere for a big man. Billups can play SG a bit. In fact with CP3, Billups and Bledsoe you would have the best PG rotation in the league full stop. Add in Foye and Butler and its a pretty good rotation (Butler will play SF mostly).I don't know why they caved in and gave up both EG and that unprotected pick. Surely, it was a buyers market and the Clips were in the box seat.
The other thing that bothers me is Bledsoe. I have a high opinion of him but I can't see him being too happy sitting around waiting for game time behind CP - plus Billups and Mo play PG as well. I can imagine him walking for next to nothing as well. And if Deandre goes down we have no back up whatsoever.
I suppose I should be positive but I was actually more positive before the trade....
