There will be next season, anyway. See you in the state league, Melbourne. No internal investigations will save you now.

And South Melbourne are the example of a forward thinking modern sporting club, aren't they.

They only draw crowds because Melbourne is full of Greeks. At Grand Final time they get nationalistic as all hell.

A lot of ********s has South Melbourne SC.

I cant understand why we bother to take any interest in the NSL here anyway. It is the most pathetic level of soccer ive ever seen.Watching a boring 5 day test is more exciting.

Because if you want to watch some live soccer you've got no other option.

You obviously havn't seen much soccer then.

Be realistic, Australian soccer is never going to reach the level of the top competiions but IMO is still entertaining.

AUFC's games have been good so far.

Me and my mate aren't greeks. Funny that.

We're certaintly well ahead in forward think to the knights, who still have their Croatian social club next door to the ground.

you obviously then didn't attend the great game in Sunshine on the weekend??? I wouldn't call a 5-0 drubbing of our biggest rivals "boring".....

anyways, bring on Ade Utd!!!!! and their "15" busloads of supporters apparently making the trip!!

SOUTH OLE!!!

By writing different words than the ones you put in.

I am Souths' supporter, but will not be at all surprised if there was a completely new Melbourne team under the Lowy regime.

South Melbourne has had enough time to expand their support beyond their traditional supporter base and have failed to do so.

The Melbourne Knights ... well they're a rabble. :D

Look forward to seeing the result... as for the 15 busloads, don't be surprised if there is.

Just bring it South!

Come on boys, make some noise
We're a team of class and poise
And our Adelaide is rollin' along
We will fight, we have heart
We're UNITED, from the start
And our Adelaide is rollin’ along
Let the nation see
Our best Artillery
Shout out our numbers loud n' strong
For where ever you go
You will always know
That United is rollin’ along

COOOOME OOOOONN UUUUUUUUU REEEEEEEEEEDS!!! :D :D :D

Just out of interest Hutman ... how many games have you been to now since "we're" winning and all?

None, but how many Liverpool games have you been to? I take an interest in the NSL, and follow South Melbourne. As I have said before, the last game I went to was the GF when we beat Carlton when Boutsi scored. My Greek boss took me.

Like to make a point?

It's actually 7 buses, I think your lot are pumping it up to get your own supporters to turn up!;)

Gutted I couldn't make it over for it, should be great night of Football!

C'MON YOU REDS!!!!!

What a silly argument. Unless topdon is a part owner in Qantas how many Liverpool games do you expect him to watch?

South on the other hand are just a short trip away - no excuse for not going to see them if you are a real fan.

I dare say if Liverpool played in Melbourne topdon wouldn't have missed a match.

And no, I don't follow anyone in the NSL.

It's not like attending anfeild is as easy as getting on the bandwagon and going to Lakeside, do you even know where that is? Not much of a fan if the last game you went to was 3/4 years ago.

Bob Jane is off Albert Road in Albert Park, just before you turn left into the Aquatic Centre, or the pits where I play indoor.

I either work or will be playing indoor soccer on Sunday's. I have a hard enough time demanding time-off during footy season to get to every Hawthorn game and majority of Box Hill games. I'm not going to do it for South.

I'm not a die-hard, I just follow. Get off your friggin' high-horses.

Surely McDonalds would have let you take one day off in the last 4 years.
