With the money they have I can't see why not. Also I don't see him going to Bayern at all. Juventus perhaps but unless that is this summer I think he can definitely be persuaded to go up North

Will be harder for them to do a City with FFP in place, but they’re certainly be big players from now. That’s why I’m a supporter of FFP. If they abide by these rules then good luck to them
