Yeah but you can buy a nice three bedroom house in a quiet street with two bathrooms and vaulted ceilinged lounge room on 700sq/m 15mins from town for $320k in Adelaide.

You could get similar in Sydney or Melbourne if you don't mind living a 3hr train ride from town.
