Clangers aren't kicking errors, nuff said. You should know that, but you don't.
Clanger is when you kick directly onto an opponents chest - a disposal error is just not hitting a target.
The AFL web sites "disposal efficiency" is a load of shit.

just give him this year to get his disposal a bit better. All that is training - he doesn't shank his kicks, he just doesn't know quite where to kick it yet.Obviously you are a very young fella so I will make allowances for you ,but begin to learn the basics of the game before you start to can people here for not bowing to yout opinions.Obviously you have a good hold but not on the game.
Yeah I meant to say "Aren't just kicking errors" My bad. And the disposal efficiency isn't a load of shit.Clanger is when you kick directly onto an opponents chest - a disposal error is just not hitting a target.

Funny. Very funny. It says there that Rhys only had 5 clangers - which is a high amount of clangers - but he also had 15 errors with those 5 clangers. Clangers are kicks/handballs direct to an opposition if I remember correctly and errors are kicks or hanballs that do not hit a target and cause a ballup/turnover/passage of unclean play. Aka they are ineffective.

To further support your point, Chops_a_must, 3 of the highest "error" totals in the league belong to Si Black, Lenny Hayes and Lance Franklin. I think you could make a fair argument that a) those guys win their own ball and b) that they contribute a fair bit to their respective teams.
Something that is not so flash for Freo fans is that there are 4 Dockers in the Top 20 in the league (for errors) and 6 in the Top 40 (Palmer, Schammer, Headland, Gilmore, Johnson Crowley).
Then again, there are 6 Hawks and 8 Cats... so I guess all it means is you've got the ball!
I'm not sure if you're having a go at my original post...
Nah I wasn't - I was having a go at all the DT fanbois from other teams who come on here telling us (us - who actually watched the game) that our players didn't play as well as we think 'because the DT stats say so'.
And I'm having a go at the validity of those stats in the first place.
