I thought it was a good act at first but I wasn't sure who was trolling who.

Now I think it's sort of weird.

I'll give credit where it's due though, parrot can incite people like no other poster on BF by simply talking up their team. It's a talent. The smile is almost a work of genius.

Isn't there a Carlton supporter with the profile name "peacock"?? I often wondered if it was Parrot's alias given their posting style was reasonably similar.

Has anyone ever professed to have known parrot? Has parrot ever mentioned gender? I am still of the opinion that the female call was started by opposition supporters believing they could ruffle parrot's feathers by calling him/her a she. I distinctly remember when it all started and it started as an insult by some lesserlights, and a few gullible people thought it was fact.

Now it might still be fact but its origins on BigFooty did not stem from any inside knowledge.

I think parrot wouldn't mind the idea of urban myths floating around about him/her.

And that causes a plethora of threads calling parrot out to be accountable for statements made. The fact that parrot ignores all of those calls infuriates posters and prompts them to pubicly claim they have pwned parrot, which turns out to be self pwning as everyone knows that parrot's agenda is to draw these types in and get this sort of response.

Normally, I don't buy the 'hook line and sinker' bit, especially from those that go between serious and trolling discussion, as they can conveniently claim they were fishing when their serious discussion is torn apart. Parrot is consistent throughout and known across BigFooty as such, so there are no excuses for people to get drawn in. They simply can't help themselves.

Yep, Parrot is loved and respected by us all here at Carlton, and hated by Collingwood supporters in particular, not afraid to back down against anyone who dares to bag this great club out.
