Get us a bona-fide CHF and close ranks.
I'm happy with our squad otherwise and would sooner get our boys fit and firing, than sniffing out other could be's.
What just to have a relatively injury free season for our best 22 and in particular our backs?

Dangerfield might not be the superstar many think he will be, but he'd definitely be in our best side ahead of Mclean and Hadley.
They're playing him as a forward, but he's a midfielder like Gibbs and Grigg who have played half back and half forward in the AFL.Somehow don't think a bloke who averages 13 disposals a game and has poor skills when not even under pressure is the type to take over as an inside mid. He's a medium forward with great courage, basically a less mobile Mitch Robinson.
Perhaps we could trade one of our ruckmen and a pick for danger...He will be Jarman like.
Seriously doubt this deal will be accepted by Adelaide unless you are talking about Kreuzer, in which case no way would accept.
I'm not saying Dangerfield is THAT good, but considering Adelaide will be losing Edwards, Goodwin, most likely Burton and Mcleod as well, they'll be desperate for young midfielders and maybe forwards. With the large amount of salary cap freed up they can afford to keep him easily IMO. Only reason he would leave is if he wanted to return to Vic.

I would love to have him in our side, but the points on his disposal are well made. He won't be worth whatever we have to trump the Dons with, and they will be desperate for him.
Besides, he may well like the new coach and decide to stay.![]()
