I rate Haselby, always have.

That said he's got 2, maybe 3 years left at best which means he isn't going to help us win a flag so I don't really see any reason to pick him up unless he comes via the PSD. Even then it's 50/50.

Topic is moot though as he won't be leaving Freo

He wont leave Freo and even if he did, picking him up would just prevent a youngster coming through. We dont need to "top up" as were not in a position to win a GF so going after Haselby would be pointless.

Well he'd certainly be more use to us than Kerr.

We are not freo, we should be bottoming out, not topping up.
Trade targets should be under 25 and trade candidates should be over 25.
Late picks and PSD picks would be better spent on crumbers and developing KPPs imo.
Stinks of contract inflation tactics.

If you cant accept that others have a different point of view than yours then perhaps its you who should play netball. Unlike you I am not a single minded braindead supporter who thinks that everything we do at West Coast is good for the club. I happen to believe that Palmer is a better player than Masten and I strongly believe that we should have traded Kerr last year. Incidentally that opinion re Kerr is shared by many other members and supporters that I associate with and who I daresay have a much greater knowledge of the Club and the game than you. Dont accuse me of being a Fremantle troll, whatever that is, and grow up.

While Kerr is currently a shadow of the player he was when we were up and running with Juddy and Cuz in the midfield, i can't even come close to agreeing that Haselby would be of more use to us than Kerr. Haselby has good skills but is relatively slow and doesn't break the lines. He is as suspect as Kerr to a hard tag and is pretty much on his last legs.

Having said that, i would have considered trading Kerr last year.

Also I think Masten's last month and a half has been as good or better than what Palmer has shown.

:D Grow up! Hahaha. I can accept that others have a different point of view. I just don't accept idiotic drivel from people who think they know what they're on about.
I'm not the one who stated Hasleby>Kerr. Your posts speak for themselves. In a loud way your posts scream I'M AN IDIOT! Then you declare that you know more than I presumptuously.
You don't know me as to guage how much knowledge I have of the Eagles or of the game of AFL to make such a call. So to call me brain dead for something I never stated is being childish. How do you also presume to know what I'm thinking. I suggest it's you that needs to grow up and wise up.
I've never stated that everything the Eagles do is for the good of the club. Putting false words in the mouth of another apparently fellow supporter is an act of a troll. Hence the reason I called you one.

As for the trading of Kerr issue, I gave that some thought too last year and didn't have a problem with the idea if the price was right. I also didn't mind if he stayed.
 
Hmm Haselby aka the slowest midfielder in the comp. Not even remotely interested in picking him up.

That said he has been a good servant of his club. Still would be suprised if Dockers give him more than a two year deal.
