With the influx of J Carr & Black & with a fit M Carr for 2005 & Webster....I think Pav should be moved to FF. I think he is a very good lead & superb kick, & though he doesn't have the bulk of a Matthew Lloyd, I reckon he could kick 70 goals a year? A bit more bulk in pre-season & he could slot into FF, with Murphy, McPharlin & Polak sharing CHF during the year.

I like out setup when McPharlin is at CHB.

Pav to CHF.

How about Polak at FF?

If he is moved at least give him a chance to learn the position. He hasn't played there much since he was a kid.

It is a completely different game running toward the ball with a Scarlett or Michael hanging on to your arm than running forward with it in a group.

Murphy to full forward.
Medhurst to play another marking key forward
Pavlich to share his time between half forward and the midfield.
Mcpharlin could be worth a try as a FF/CHF

Pavlich Mcpharlin Midfielder(schammer)
Farmer Murphy Medhurst --> with JLO resting up forward

that would be my round 1 line up. I doubt Murphy will be able to step up straight away but a good season at full forward may benefit him.

That leaves a back line with player such as
Hadrill Walker, hayden Thorton grover woods parker cook
M Carr Polak webster Dunn Gilmore
There is a good mixture of hieght and pace, not much bulk though.
Players like M carr and maybe even headland to give to us run off the Hb line if we need it.

Would like to see Pav at FF for a whole game I think he would give us a better presence then Simmonds easily. With our small forwards I think it has great potential. The CC midfield experiment I think should end we have depth in Bell, Cook, Hase, Carr, Scham, Dunn, Smith & I think they will do just fine.

We have enough defenders to move Pav to FF & the way our midfield in the past carries the ball from the centerbreaks & bombs it too around the 30m I think he would be dangerous (ala what Saints, & Port do).

I kicked 21 goals in 5 minute quarters in afl 2004 with pav. What a champion, he should be full forward for sure.

What a stupid game, and an even more stupid comment. Carry on, i'm still trying to prevent sleep to put off the hangover tomorrow.

No kidding, just got back from Subi and all the trades are starting to make sense, I don't know if they will tomorrow though.

Pavlich should be moved to ff and mcpharling to chf. Polak has to play chb as he didn't play good as a half back in 2004
