Congratulations on the level of sheer stupidity and offensiveness of this statement. Hitler was born a Catholic but was staunchly anti-catholic. In fact he sent thousands of Christian clergy (the vast majority Catholic) to the camps.

The only people who won't admit Hitler was a catholic are catholics/christians. Hitler was a staunch catholic troughout his whole life

Hitler had to be dragged to church and never again attended mass after he left home. There is numerous sources that all confirm he was an atheist.

That fact is separate from this court action but it does get lost when viewing all events with 2019 eyes.

I agree with that. This is not an apologia, but lots were enablers of heinous acts. The press is just not capable of informing the younger generation. It requires their counsel who have benefit of time and wisdom through experience, to educate a younger generation. The paradox inherent is the religious institution(s) had captured the mature generation, and held sacred status.

Will institutions maintain their status even with losses of constituents, but with this legacy buffer protecting gravity of loss(es). *legacyphenomenon
