now he recons it's ok to shag dead people or to bonk animals.

i've always had a fantasy about shagging joan of arc, i think she'ld be a real goer. as for animals i'm not so sure, sheep are so yesterday, it just doesn't excite me anymore grabbing hold of a sheep's woolly hind quarters. it's time to experiment with more exoctic animals.

If yout talking about his article about bestiality its a fairly old article and if you actually read it and understand it, it has more to do with ethical treatment of animals than beastiality, the beastiality is only used as shock value.

Possibly for the same reasons that Michael Moore twists the views of the Right around?

It's an attention span thing. People are more easily convinced by pandering to their prejudices and simplifying things into neat catchphrases.

It's always interesting to see how the opponents of Singer can take one of his essays (which usually take well over an hour to read and absorb) and boil it down to one sentence.

I don't agree with everything that Singer says, but if you want to make up your mind, people should read his articles and then judge the value of his point of view. But then again, that would take over an hour, and it's much easier to read the Hun.
