Robinson turns 20 next year, so he's ready to go.Looks a good enough size to be able to play seniors in 2009.

Robinson turns 20 next year, so he's ready to go.
Robinson is another 6'2" mid/flanker like Grigg, Gibbs, Benjamin, Anderson and Russell.
A Wayne Hughes special.
Bentick can start packing his bags to be ready for the next delisting.![]()

I could see Adam Cooney whilst watching the highlights clip. Great pick up.

My initial thought when first looking at the video was how much he reminded me of Adam Cooney. Looks a good enough size to be able to play seniors in 2009.

Date of birth: 7/6/89
Height: 185cm
Weight: 79kg
Club: Tassie Mariners
Bio: A medium midfielder who kicks with depth, has good evasive ability, runs hard forward and tackles strongly, Mitch Robinson had an outstanding NAB AFL Under-18 Championships, winning the Hunter Harrison Medal (for Division Two best and fairest) and continuing that form into Division One, leading to All-Australian U18 selection.
Jason McCartney says: Along with Stephen Hill and Ryan Schoenmakers, Mitch really jumped out for me at this year's championships. He won the medal for best player in Division Two and then stepped up into Division One and kept playing the same sort of football. He carried the ball extremely well, took the game on and any time he got the ball he'd do something good with it. He's got great penetration on his kicks and he would have averaged in the high 20s for possessions in every game.
Tasmania U18 coach Andrew Mellor says: Mitch was the standout for Tasmania at the championships. He took his game to another level when we went up to division one. He played in the middle, around the edges, on a wing, down back, up forward and just got a lot of the footy. He's very tough and aggressive and his defensive work is outstanding. When the ratings came out for all the players across the board at the championships, Mitch was rated up the top of a lot of those categories.
