Collingwood Football Club has won a Silver Award at the prestigious 2006 Australian Direct Marketing Association Awards.
Collingwood won the award for the creativity and effectiveness of the 2005 Membership Campaign – “It takes An Army,” which featured a poster that included the names of over 40,000 Collingwood members.
Collingwood Membership Manager Anthony Trainor said, “We are really thrilled to win, especially when we are in a category competing with the organisations such as Qantas and Microsoft. Our agency Clemenger Proximity Melbourne did a great job.”
This is the second time Collingwood has won a Silver Award for its marketing campaign.
