Collingwood Football Club has won a Silver Award at the prestigious 2006 Australian Direct Marketing Association Awards.

Collingwood won the award for the creativity and effectiveness of the 2005 Membership Campaign – “It takes An Army,” which featured a poster that included the names of over 40,000 Collingwood members.

Collingwood Membership Manager Anthony Trainor said, “We are really thrilled to win, especially when we are in a category competing with the organisations such as Qantas and Microsoft. Our agency Clemenger Proximity Melbourne did a great job.”

This is the second time Collingwood has won a Silver Award for its marketing campaign.

We are certainly doing a good job off-field. Hopefully we can translate some of this luck into winning a lot of football games next year.

no chance! :thumbsd:
What is it with moronic Hawthorn supporters and their irresistable urge to comment on the affairs of our great club? They just can't seem to help themselves.

Agreed, Pies will both finish below both Carlton and Hawthorn. Carlton/Hawthorns young talent -------------------------> Collingwood's young "talent"

What talent do the Blues have???? Kouta - finished! Lance - Off to the Fat Camp, Campo - Gone, Houlihan - doesn't even want to play for you guys!

Carlton will pick up their 2nd spoon in a row - oh life is sweet1
