Geez, you are optimistic... I'd probably go with:

A. Plays great attacking football, finishes top 4, wins two finals.
B. Makes it into the lower tier of the 8, and despite getting eliminated in first round, shows admirable fight.
C. Youngsters take on big roles, but Collingwood misses finishing 1-2 spots outside the 8.
D. Downward trajectory continues, albeit slowly. 12th placed finish.
E. Bottom 4. Bucks finished.

I that's a lot closer to the mark! Personally I'd go for ...

A. Plays great attacking football, finishes top 4, wins two or more finals.
B. Makes it into the lower tier of the 8, and despite getting eliminated in first round, shows admirable fight.
C. Youngsters take on big roles, but Collingwood misses finals finishing 1-2 spots outside the 8. 9 to 12
D. Downward trajectory continues, albeit slowly. Youngsters don't show promise, 12th 13 to 16th placed finish.
E. Bottom 4 2. Bucks finished.

Tony Armstrong:D

A - Best 22 averages 20+ possessions, gives our backline real class and some run and carry and finishes top 10 in the bnf, rookie promtion.

B - Plays 15 AFL game averages 15+ possessions and plays in the finals, rookie promotion.

C - Plays 10 AFL games and shows enough to stay on the rookie list.

D - Plays 5 AFL games and gets delisted at years end.

E - Plays no AFL games and gets delisted at year end.

Excellent concept

Levi Greenwood

A - 22 games, 25 disposals per game, 18 goals for the season, 6+ clearances and tackles per game

B - 22 games, 20-24 disposals, < 10 goals, < 6 clearances/tackles per game

C - 22 games, < 20 disposals, < 10 goals, < 6 clearances/tackles per game and < 50% disposal efficiency

D - 15-20 games, < 20 disposals, < 10 goals, < 50% disposal efficiency, dropped to VFL due to form

E - < 15 games, < 15 disposals, unable to work his way into the side after being dropped due to form

I would revise your expectations up for Greenwood. In 2014 he played 22 games, averaged 25 disposals, kicked 16 goals and averaged 8.4 clearances/tackles per game

That almost identical to the figures you have posted for him to be "well above expectations" in 2015. If he reproduces his 2014 in 2015 it can hardly be described as well above what we expected.

Last year he performed to a standard that I didn't think he was capable of and exceeded a lot of my expectations. A replication of those numbers would be considered an excellent season Imo

I don't disagree that if he continues on like he did last year it wont be excellent. Still to put him on "Par" if he performs well well below last year and "Above" expectations if he is still clearly below last years numbers isn't being optimistic enough. Maybe "Above" expectations if he replicates 2014 numbers and "Well Above" if he improves on 2014. Gotta give him a chance to do that.

Jarrod Witts:
A: Plays every game, averages 15+ disposals, averages 25+ hit-outs, averages 6+ marks a game, kicks 20+ goals.
B: Plays most games, averages 10+ disposals, averages 20+ hit-outs, averages 4+ marks a game, kicks 15+ goals.
C: Play at least 15 games, averages 10 disposals, averages 15-20 hit-outs, averages 3 marks a game, kicks 10+ goals.
D: Plays less than 15 games, averages less than 10 disposals, averages 15 or less hit-outs, averages less than 3 marks a game, kicks less than 10 goals.
E: Hardly plays any games, doesn't get much of the ball, doesn't take many grabs and doesn't look dangerous forward. Grundy goes shooting past him.

Bill Davoren

(A) Fittest team in the comp. All soft tissue injuries eliminated. No ACLs

(B) All players except the first year ones have a strong fitness base and run out games well. Training injuries eliminated.

(C - Par) Our young players don't have the fitness base to play 4 quarters and tire towards end of games. We get the occasional injury.

(D) Our team get pummeled fitness wise. Injury situation improves on last year (not difficult)

(E) 2014 repeated

Alrighty then.....Steele Sidebottom (I have a man crush on this bloke btw;))

A: AV. 2 goals, 27 disposals, 6 tackles, 3 clearances, and 1.5 goal assists. No suspension, first time AA, takes home the Copeland, finishes top 5 in the Brownlow the AFLPA MVP and AFLCA MVP.
B: Slightly less than A. AA squad, top 3 Copeland, most career Brownlow votes. Wins Anzac and Queens Birthday BOG.
C: Equal to B but no rep honors, top 5 Copeland and between 5 - 10 Brownlow votes and wins either Anzac or Queens Birthday BOG. Similar
D: No major improvement but no suspension.
E: Suffers ACL rupture in Friday training prior to round 1.
