Which podcast is this?
The talking tigers one. That was last Wednesday though :(

I notice a few other clubs haven't done theirs yet either but id imagine it would be any day now

Any news when it's going to be announced?

I'd be a little disappointed if a player wanted to change numbers if they won a premiership in their original number. As if a lower number is more meaningful? Bullshit.

Collingwood supporter growing up...therefore he'll play for Collingwood.

I don’t think the team they supported as a kid matters as much to a player as much as we would like to think

Will always be a handful of players that it does matter for and esp father son’s but overall i think it would mean sweet fa to most

Surprised to see Butler and Castagna not staying with their premiership numbers

Same although let’s be honest it dosent take the premiership away from them

Butler 7.
Castagna 11.
Higgins 28.
Coleman-Jones 40.
Balta 43.
Naish 45.
Miller 46.
Baker 48.
Smith 49.
As Short said in the video he has been moved up to the midfield group to learn wing/half back, which would suggest that Rioli is also being being looked at for more midfield time. Interesting to see Miller who is listed as 196cm/93kg is in a group with Ellis Houli Menadue Markov and Smith who are all rebounding defenders, would have expected him to be in the Truck group. Also notice Chol moved into the ruck group rather than a KPP group.

Just looking at the midfield groups, it would appear that Martins group is the inside midfielders, Cotchins group seems to be a hybrid group and the Rioli group seems to be the outside mids, seeing Graham in that group is interesting, but he was rated really high for endurance so it would appear they are going to look at using him on the outside more after a solid preseason to improve his tank again.

Has Butler done enough to earn Lennon's number 7? :p

Lennon is a whole other sphere...thank god Butler has gone way past those lows

I like to think Butker aims to be one of the better #7s at Tigerland

A mixture of Michael Mitchell's manic speed and Nathan Briwn's goal sense

Imagine if he gets close to being half as good as these 2... Nice!
