Watson - FF/CHF. Can't personally see Watto making it as a back but would be very happy to see him get 10+ games as a forward next year. His 2nd and 3rd goals in rnd 23 were fairly impressive and I felt he adds a presence up forward that I can't see when he's playing back.Player positions.
Watson - full forward/CHF. Back with the right matchup. Lose man back.
Bell - Center. Wing. Half forward/forward pocket. Not sure skills are up to it as a defender. Good when you can get him in a position where he can wind up and receive like coming in off the square. Great when he builds momentum, not so good with his hands under the ruckman. Would like to see him tag the bigger stronger ball winners.
Sheehan - Small/medium defender. Possible wingman or forward and maybe even in the middle a bit. Played as a forward in Ireland.
Bell - Forward pocket/flank. Rotating mid. Kicked a few goals in the latter part of the season but gets exposed in defense. Also lacks vision and decision making when quickly entering our F50, much prefer him being receiver not playmaker.
Sheehan - Anywhere bar ruck and KPP. Love Sheehan. Already one of my favourite players. Seems comfortable near a ball up and reads and times it quite well, when he's able to handball and bounce without thinking, I think he could be a very good midfielder that can chip in with more than an odd goal. For now, I'd like to see him play on the wing and then try his hand as a follower when ready. If he can become an inside mid, his pace will be handy breaking the line.
