That's the danger with revisiting old games/tv shows. I remember Voltron being awesome as a kid, then watched it as an adult and holy shit was it bad! Transformers aged somewhat better, but still has its WTF moments.
Old Sierra games still hold up quite well.
Yeah. The unremastered Doom games look better on my PS5! Check out the draw distance!

Captain Planet, Gaia's entry is just sultry, whereas as a kid it was almost an innocent as a wake up animation into racial profiling, but yeah suffice to say they are certainly of their time those sort instances.
Just on Sony and the PS+ side though, we do need to remember that their 1st party Legend of Dragoon instance on that platform was straight broken on launch re classic ranges, they really DGAF about quality in these sort of releases and will likely just fix things in future if it's just that bad.

Also Cricket 24 being added to the game catalog on June 9. Can marvel at how its gone backward from 22.
Annoyed that there won't be a discount for being on the highest tier... I'd resub another 12 months during such a promotion.... doing it at full RRP kinda sucks

Yeah I'll play AEW. Seems like it's a bit of a dog's breakfast from what I've heard but will give it a go. It was one of those "If I ever see it for $20-30 I'll try it" type games.

Yeah, I’ve cancelled my subscription which expires in July. Can only hope there isn’t some very well hidden “auto-renewal” tab I have to turn off as well.
I think there are some decent discounts on Plus subs with the days of play sale but unfortunately you can't renew that way.
It is God awful and even free is paying too much.
Usually not one to complain about the "free" games, but this month is doing nothing for me.

Yeah this is poo. IMO they should allow you purchase a new sub if there is less than a month to run on your current one. I let mine lapse last year in protest to the price increase (yeah, cop that Sony) then grabbed it when it was on sale for a few days before Christmas. Now depending on when that sale falls again I might have to wait until another sale to resub.

It's the easiest From game, IMO.
In the past, you could butt your head up against a required story boss over and over unable to make progress. Here, if you're struggling just go around or somewhere else.
Legit, almost the entire game is accessable from the start, with only a few required paths contingent on main story progress. If you wanted, you could travel the world never engaging a single foe; collecting materials, enjoying the views. It's got DS/From combat, but you choose when to engage in it, how and where. You've also never had more tools to combat PVE, never more access to summons whether you have friends or not.
End game is still hard, but by that point there's every chance you're OP as **** anyway.
Demon's is the easiest and I don't think it is particularly close. Dark Souls probably 2nd easiest.
ER has more cheese opportunities but it is still a very difficult game.

ER is difficult because it tells you nothing and without Google you're up shit creek without a paddle.
There's also no quest trackers so you have no idea where to go and what to do next. It's an annoying feature which people seem to love.

FromSoftware must be the craziest developer around lol. They want to make their latest games more accessible it seems by adding sections off the beaten path to make the game “easier”, but have never thought to just to add an easy mode and still keep the games hard as **** for people who don’t want to use an easy mode.
Elden Ring teaches you more about movement and attacking, as I said at the time it made me a better Dark Souls player - can get through most of the game without dying (by an enemy, I still die from stupidity like falling off an edge lol).
I found the end game (save for the final final battle with the Elden Beast) more straight forward and "easy" compared to some of the early bosses.
I'd like to replay it from level 1 again one day.

Yeah this was my view.
As far as Fromsoft games, it was definitely the "easiest" for me. (I've never gotten through more than 4 hours of any other ones) as Gethelred said you can branch off, essentially power grind until your OP....
But good lord... for me, questing without a wiki or a youtube guide was close to impossible.
Between Dave the Diver and Dredge, put some decent time in to games I wouldn't normally touch. Both very addictive and "Just one more Dive/Fishing Trip" 'ish till it's well past when you should have gone to bed
