I do that with Bont.Bontempelli is obviously a star, but even with the League's other elite midfielders, who are also stars.
Darcy is going to be next level. We will be comparing him to all time greats.

He was 8 years old.Shades of the 2009 prelim when McNeil missed that absolute soda from 40ish on the run in the first half. My PTSD came rushing back.

I meant League all time greats, not club.I do that with Bont.

Richo nailed it in the post game.Bailey Dale is an incredible footballer too.
And we should ask the AFL for a please explain about the Darcy review. Was just as bad as anything we saw last week.
Same last week.English was actually pretty good in the ruck (his usual weakness) and diabolical in general play (usual strength).
Weird game.
Selection integrity requires someone to come in from the VFL. Who are you picking over Bramble?Has there ever been a key forward with height of Darcy who competes at ground level as well as he does? Amazing.
For selection integrity Bramble has to go, needs a spell.
Anyone who can defend, he isn’t providing any run at all.Selection integrity requires someone to come in from the VFL. Who are you picking over Bramble?
It was 100% the right call…but they broke the protocol to make it.Richo nailed it in the post game.
(I'm paraphrasing here) One of the commentators said, "yeah it was hardly sufficient proof to overturn the soft call of a goal but Darcy knew it wasn't a goal - maybe they ought to have a rule that commonsense should prevail", to which Richo replied "I think that's exactly what they did".
So often the umps and officials seem to make it up as they go, but I reckon on this one they made the right call.
He's a moneyball Josh Dunkley, with a better kick.Kennedy also excellent, I felt for him after that final against Brisbane but Carlton's loss is our gain.
Great grinding win dogs!

How often did we say last year that what was killing us were our i50 entries?Dolan was huge in the last.
Who do you suggest? Only options would seem to be:Anyone who can defend, he isn’t providing any run at all.
I was cooked up on level 3The Ch 7 commentary team were saying how hot it was in the rooms after the match. This was around 10:30pm or later They also said that the Bulldogs had requested the roof be opened because there was no likelihood of rain.
I reckon the closed roof played into our hands - the heat might have taken more of a toll on Carlton than us. Congrats to our fitness and conditioning team if that's the case..
