There are five surviving blood relatives of Hitler.

Neither Adolf nor his sister Paula had any children.

His half brother Alois Jr had a daughter, Angela, who in turn had three children: a daughter Geli, who committed suicide after an alleged sexual relationship with Adolf, and two sons, Peter and Elfriede.

Peter and Elfriede had one son each, both of whom are now aged 75+ and have no children.

Alois Jr also had two sons: Heinrich, who died fighting in WW2, and William, who had four sons.

One died in 1989 and the other three are now aged between 50 and 60. None of the three have ever married or had children: they made a pact not to due to the hardships they've faced and so that the bloodline dies out.

Or they could just change their last name

Good point, you wouldn't think it would be that difficult to do and then to live your life without anyone knowing you had a previous name. Reminds me of Don Bradman's son changing his surname to Bradsen to try to cope with life as a Bradman relative.

Their father William (Hitler's nephew) served in the U.S. navy in WW2 (he and his mother were in the U.S. when war broke out).

He was awarded the Purple Heart for bravery.

After the war, he did change his name from Hitler to Stuart-Houston, and his living sons share that surname. It's widely known however, as I guess any further name change would be.

The Purple Heart isn't for bravery, you get one for being wounded.

Towards the end of WW2 the US military, anticipating massive casualties suffered from invading Japan, ordered 500,000 Purple Hearts. Once the nukes happened, the invasion was unnecessary and all those medals not needed.

Any Purple Heart awarded today is one of those ordered back then. And they've still got over 100,000 left.

There are more vending machines in Japan than there are people in New Zealand.
Are there more machines then sheep in NZ?

That is quality trivia

There was a study done where one half of housekeepers were told that the work they were doing fit the daily exercise requirements needed for a healthy person, while the other half weren't.

The ones that were given the placebo showed better physiological signs.

And a record still stands today I believe from that first test.

Involving Charles Bannerman right?
Indeed the one I mentioned. I believe it is the highest run % (by a player), in a completed innings.
