There are still heaps of things I don't know.
Australia has 23 million people and 120 million sheep. I wonder what the ratio is for New Zealand. Are all those sheep jokes justified?

Orange as a colour was named after orange (the fruit) not the other way round.

Previously, it was RedYellow or YellowRed.

Mt Tenerife just off the Hume is named after Tenerife in France, where Horatio Nelson lost an arm during a shore attack.

After his amputation he ordered that all blades used for medical/amputation purposes in the fleet were to be heated because "the cold blade felt terrible".

Why haven't you guys mentioned Newcastle. it would be the most obvious one, you'd think.

Newcastle in the UK was named after Newcastle in NSW
