The first is that this build up is reminding me of Showdown One in that we were favourites to win despite having our six first choice ruckman unavailable. We are clearly vulnerable in this game due to our injuries and Port should shoot themselves if they cant’ capitalise.

Then again, we are a much better club with much better players and supporters and deserve to be favourites every time. If we don’t thrash the Power on Saturday night I will be very disappointed and will cry.

Either way I will be getting smashed after the game. A bottle of Church Block and a bottle of Footbolt Shiraz should do the trick mixed in with a few cans of Beamish if I can get hold of any.
