I’m interested in whether they were tested for drug driving.

Doesn‘t sound like they were.

How does StengLe get a ‘course’ when he already had a DUI this year?

Well I know how, because he’s a footballer.

NB: I believe in legalising all drugs, I just think it’s a piss take that there’s one rule for some and another for footballers.

lol, OIC Ethical & Professional Standards Branch. You'd think that that alone would have disqualified her from being in the board of the Camry Crows. Her term is up in February so Johnny Olsen will be sure she's gone. He wouldn't want anyone with ethics looking over his shoulder.

How the hell is a public official of her ranking allowed on the board of a private organisation.

Unbelievable scope for conflict of interest.
Plenty of public servants are shareholders and directors of private companies.

Isn’t there a rumour in Vic media that Kangas coach asked Polly to tag someone, Cripps? during a game but Polly spat the dummy big time and that is why he was dropped?

Well Mike Smithson didn't break the story so that media 'partnership' is still functioning well. Too busy rummaging through the rubbish bins at SA Health I suspect.

These things always start at the top. Surely Olsen’s got to go?
Geez our players had better conduct themselves like choir boys for remainder of season.

They needed someone to sign off on their SAPOL quarantine exemption.

Can you just imagine the fury if the Assistant Commissioner of Police was on the PAFC Board. Allegations of cover up etc would be rife whenever a Port player/official/former player/ former cleaner steps out of line.

As you say, the 2 I C of the SA Police force should NOT be on a private board such as the Adelaide Football Club. The potential for real or perceived conflict of interest is bloody obvious.

She's not the first senior State Govt official to get on that board by the way. They had the head of the Premier's Dept on their Board as well up until a few months ago. Someone who gets to sit in on State Cabinet and has inside knowledge and input on all of the SA government's financial and policy decisions. And a person who also heads up the Department that is currently undertaking the inquiry into how PAFC players' families were given exemptions by SA Health.

And don't get me started about John Olsen. Elected as the National President of the Liberal Party just last month, who knows what deals will be done behind the scenes when he becomes President of the Adelaide Crows as well.
