I don’t think someone’s said “holding the man” since the 80’s

How about “ruckman” when the men are playing each other, and “ruckwoman” when the women are playing each other. The two never compete on the same field so why the need for this? It’s utterly ridiculous. But I guess Daniel Andrews gets to put himself out there as Australia’s Mr Progressive, so that what matters most.
What's the gender neutral term for pussy-whipped?
Too gender specificSorry
Mother ruckers
Ah, but that's discriminatory against ruckers with no children.Too gender specific
You'd have to go parental ruckers

Far left should have been our home guernsey.
The middle one is a classic case of design by committee.
Far right is the one that you pump out in the first five minutes of thinking about the job.
The one on the right was designed by twin sisters and if I've done my maths right they were 11. They didn't know the colours so it was black, white and silver/grey. There was some competition run thru the media. Think they won it. Not sure if it was endorsed by the club. Was on the NSW supporters committee with them for 2 or 3 years. Not sure why we used it as the Ansett Cup jumper but happy never wore it in a main game.View attachment 441981
