**** me. He is the best forward in the comp this year imo.

His elimination final against the Bulldogs was absolutely deplorable. Started his career with a bang, but went very cold for a few seasons.

Kennedy and darling do all their damage in the forward half. Like proper key forwards always should. Dixon and watts travel further than the effing layland brothers getting cheap touches on the half back line. Darling and kennedy are coached properly. The Ken bass era doesnt believe in proper key forwards and proper effective football, just stat padding wank

GWS were still a pretty strong team last year, and I said during extra-time last year that whoever gets through is going to have nothing left in the tank for next week anyway.

Back-to-back travel after that gruelling encounter would have made things harder too.

Same here. In the BF tipping over 75% went for North and West Coast and over 90% for the others. But on portadelaidefc it was just over 50% for both North and West Coast. Most people would get 7 but the odd person could get 5, especially if they supported Richmond.

Well done lions. They are actually quite nice to watch play. Uncomplicated, direct footy. A lot better than St kilda and Carlton, which are unwatchable.

I thought skillwise they are absolutely horrible to watch. It seemed like a game of hot potato and they were handballing to a guy standing right next to them in danger but for all of that somehow their ploy of go forward at all costs and not chip it around until the perfect scenario occurs actually works in football - who knew.
