The pies don't like the tough stuff. Haven't watched a lot of them tbh but looked like every time there was a tough contest one of there players were down for a few minutes. It's only going to get tougher for them now I reckon

Her voiceNever heard of Abbey Gelmi until today but![]()
Don’t they get WC twice plus Pies without DeGoey? No way crows are making top 4 and at best they will finish 7th or 8th.
They would need the Pies without 18 players to get close playing them in Melbourne.Don’t they get WC twice plus Pies without DeGoey?
Think she’s married to Lambert who used to play for Richmond (lucky Duck).Never heard of Abbey Gelmi until today but![]()
No current season stats available
Last year WCE lost 10 games by 50+ pts and missed out making this list below.
They did lose 7 in a row between Rds and 5 and 11 (equalling GWS in 2013 and Fitzroy in 1995) and had lost Rd 4 by 55 pts and looked like they would be joining early days of GWS and GC and dying days of Fitzroy but they pulled their season together as they got over their covid fall out, and only lost two more games by 50+ pts.

This year they lost Rd 4 to Melbourne by 63 pts at Perth Stadium, Rd 7 they lost to Carlton at PS by 108 pts and since Rd 9 to Rd 13 they have lost 5 in a row by 50+ pts inc two 100+ losses to take that total to three 100+ pt loses.
A couple more 100+ pt losses and they join GWS' 2012 and 2013 seasons as only team to lose 5 games by 100+ pts in a season. St Kilda in 1985 and Brisbane Bears in 1991 had 4 losses by 100+ pts.
After the Port game in Rd 6 they had kicked 52.66 vs 85.76 = 64.50% 3 out of 6 games in Perth
Since then in 7 games they have kicked...... 61.42 vs 145.92 = 43.45% 4 out of 7 games in Perth
How many players have they had injured the last couple of games??Their WAFL side has lost all 9 games played this season by a total of 901 points.
And he was in tears..wtfI'm still completely gobsmacked Taylor Walker got a guard of honour for 250 games.
50 points in the 2020s is a lot different to 50 points in the 90s and earlier.Last year WCE lost 10 games by 50+ pts and missed out making this list below.

Not really. Most 9 to 12 goal losses are due to 1 or 2 bad quarters, whenever they happened.50 points in the 2020s is a lot different to 50 points in the 90s and earlier.

Well there's a completely unbiased opinion
I don’t think it is that simple. Ratten’s reign coincided with the years when Judd was still close to the top of his game and Gibbs, Murphy and Kruezer hadn’t yet dropped off themselves…and even then he coached them to only one really good season finish (2011).
