We drove around with the windows down singing the Tiggers club song at the tops of our voices

Getting free agency compensation at all is a far bigger problem than academies and father/sons.

The whole point of free agency is a player can move to another club for more money after years of service. That the AFL decided to turn it into a pseudo trade is totally bush league.
