It's got very little to do with who is actually watching. It's all based on a sample size of 12,000 individuals.

Interesting. So the location of the homes within Australia could have a huge impact on the result.

That only makes sense from a Freo POV if they think the player they wanted at 12 will still be available at 19 and the player they can get at 23, is a shit load better than the one they have earmarked for 33. Or getting pick 23 gets them a youngish player via a trade a lot better than they could get at 33.

Otherwise I don't get their involvement

They’ll use 23 on Mcvee

Yeah 12 and 33 sounds a lot better to me than 19 and McVee. But I don’t really know who McVee is.

Hes one of the better young backmen in the league. 12 is too much, 33 too low. 23 for him is about right and they still get a pick before that too, plus get some later picks to match one of their nga guys. Its a reasonable move by Freo

Not when you could’ve given 12 alone for the same result. Or 12,44.

Here's loyalty for ya.

The world's best ice hockey player just took a substantially discounted salary so he could remain at his team and help deliver them a championship.

Was entitled to the maximum annual individual cap salary of $20m/year but signed a 2 year deal worth $12.5m/year to stay with the Edmonton Oilers and give them the salary cap buffer to build the team needed to win a championship.

It’s a lot of money but I’d say he’s very happy with his life and what he’s getting.
We think in thousands and people like him think in millions.
Throw in all the endorsements and extras that 12.5 million becomes much bigger.

Jack Billings looking for another chance.

Well I know Port won't be looking at a high draft pick who plays for the Dees.

Im shocked to be here
Make of this what you will. But an un-named source told Tom Morris that Clayton Oliver missed to the west side of the urinal when he went for his first piss this morning when he just usually pisses on his feet. Also said he felt 'just great' when asked.

Ow, my wrist. That hurt.

What a joke the AFL is. I'm assuming the (non-suspended part of) that fine is way lower than the non-disclosed payments.

"Multiple payment breaches" is clear intentional cheating, not an admin error. Really, they should be stripped of draft picks and premiership points next season, as well as the flag they won in that period

That's such a non-punishment, the the AFL is essentially endorsing dodgy payments outside the salary cap.
