X is a major part of our steady improvement moving forward. He is a pacy outside type midfielder who has a beautiful kick and he can kick goals. His pace allows him to be an aggressive tackler. He needs to work hard and maintain fitness to strengthen his hammies. This preseason will go a long way to cementing him in our midfield. The years he has with this playing group will do us in good stead - he has the desire and the skills he just needs the fitness.
Oh, so maybe Lyon should swap him for Birss?!?!?Mark Williams for some reason just does not rate him and refused to play him, even going to the extent of pretending he was injured as an excuse. Just about every single Port supporter thought he should have been playing all year and even Port legends like Francou were pleading with Choco to play him.
He's a good player, and would be a good pickup at the right price (cheap).
