As most sane people would agree with the answer of this question im going to pose...

If you had to choose your son or your dog who would it be?

And lets say you have a son....

You wouldnt really care about animals where I'm from and human life and struggle is everything...

Thats ridiculous, the question should be whether you would rather see these particular individuals die than the animal they burned or whatever.

Yes, hopefully saving the lives of innocent people, this kid is NOT normal, he needs to be locked away & given extensive therapy & only let out IF they are certain he no longer poses a threat to society.

This sort of behaviour has been proven, by years of study by the FBI for one example, to be the beginning of serial killing or other psychopathic behaviour. Therapy and rehabilitation doesn't work. Only remedy is the same as for a defective computer. Eliminate it and ensure it's parts are destroyed as well so as they can't be used to produce another machine.

There are some people who are beyond help. It is a waste of resources to institutionalise them and provide them with therapy which they will not benefit from when they will only reoffend immediately on release. Some people are just wired ' wrong ' and need to be snuffed out - anyone with violent tendencies needs to be stamped on at the first instance.
