You're not making sense now. Hughes has pretty much got the talent he needs now on every line. Development of that talent is the focus now. Our list development is a lot different to the Dons. We have an extreme youth policy, and encourage our younger players to take on leadership roles. Our recruitment emphasis is on height, pace and raw talent, even if these sort of players take a little longer to develop than ready made smalls. It's all about designing a young team to win a string of flags. I think the Don's drafted well, but Sheeds still has a tendency to go for a few top-ups every year, and keep some players that will never make it on your list for a year or 2 longer than they should. This has impeded your list development IMO. Sheeds wasn't so conservative in the past.![]()
Based on all this talent in your team, you should at least be able to put together 7-10 wins for the season.
