3 points for a correct PL tip.
1 point for being 1 place away ie tipping Boro 10th and they come 9th or 11th.
3 points for top scorer, FA CUP etc

That is how the points system has worked when I've gone in predictions comps before and it worked pretty well.

That sounds good :thumbsu:

Everyone happy with this?

On what planet will Liverpool finish ahead of Chelsea?

Chelsea have a far, far better squad with a better manager than last season. (their second one)

And Chelsea fourth? haha.

I nominate this for thread of the year. This won't be beaten.

Manchester United and Chelsea are miles better than the next best (Arsenal and Tottenham).

It's disappointing that most of you can't actually predict objectively. when was the last time Liverpool finished ahead of Chelsea in the league? when was the last time they got close?

Lets be honest here. They've done or shown nothing to warrant being predicted to finish ahead of Chelsea.

suddenly Dossena, Degen and Robbie Keane will close that gap?

while Chelsea have signed Bosingwa, Deco and possibly Robinho. :D :D

Why does there have to be a scoring system for everything?

Just let people predict and then at the end of the season we'll come back and have a good laugh.

haha, top scorer Alan Smith. I just read that. actually even laughed. :D

I was thinking just the other day actually, what's the bet that after not scoring ALL of last season that he scores first game this season. that's the way sport works sometimes. he's still s**t and will have a s**t season but he'll score first game.
