don't hold any fears of either personally (considering we've beaten the dogs twice comfortably), but Brisbane.

Bulldogs are a far more complete and class outfit and more likely to beat us, and Brown and Bradshaw would mean the return of Max (surely).

Whilst im confident we would beat either off them, id probably rather play Brisbane as I see them as the easier off the two.

im sure it'll be Bulldogs.
Sucks tho, if it wasn't the saints winning the flag, i wanted the dogs.

I think we can beat either - would rather the dogs tho, if Brown fires he can really do some damage

Brisbane are the inferior outfit, but they get all my laudits for knocking the cheating scum out of the finals. The Bulldogs dare to play a different gameplan than the other clubs and are the third best team in the competition.

The Saints are much better than either of those sides ,i think the biggest enemie would be your boys thinking back on past history of their performances in prelims .The Saints are strong and fitter than they have ever been in September by the looks ,as an outsider ,i think they look primed to win the big one this year.Personally ,i would love to see that happen so to all you Saint supporters ,good luck for the rest of September your boys are more than capable of delivering your club's second flag.

Careful what you wish for there Jimmy

Yeah wouldn't be too bothered either way, I think we have both teams measure if we play at our best.

Brisbane might be the slightly easier opponent due to the travel factor and they probably don't have the depth of quality players that the Dogs have. Although they probably have more dangerous players with guys like Black, Brown & Bradshaw who can carve you up on their day.

I'll be happy with a match against bulldogs... brisbane atleast got close this year ... whereas with bulldogs you won't get that x factor against you.

Brisbane would be saints preferred opponent. Dogs are practically fully fit with no injuries and Lions have injury concerns to alot of thier big name players. Which could be even worse in 2 weeks.

If the Dogs did get through any idea on when it will be played? If it's a Friday I have to organise a night off work which won't be easy.

It's the Friday.

And I will need to do likewise...not gonna be easy taking the Saturday off the next night with my 19th...

Eek.

What time you want us round brother?

I think the Doggies to be honest Brown and Bradshaw are dangerous for ANY side to play against our backline is suited well to the Doggies would rather play them than Brisbane.
