Watched the season launch again last night and he spoke so highly of Dom I lean his way. Otherwise Moore for the clearance stuff. Think Gray can wait a little while

Mitchell will be the sub. Dom and Robbie haven't exactly been setting the world on fire in the SANFL. Solid, but hardly selection-worthy.

Just as we're hopefully starting to wear down Jacobs and get the advantage in the ruck? I'd rather leave them both out there.

Mitchell would have the speed but he wouldn't have the physicality to go 1v1 against Crows mids. I'd say we bring Moore. The more games we get into him the better indication we'll have about his capabilities.

Jacobs gets beated by athletic ruckmen and Adelaide gets done by speed.
For this game, where we have nothing to lose, we should let them worry about us and not the other way around.

I'm pretty relaxed for this showdown because it's more about how we play rather than whether we win - if we do the first bit to our upmost, then the second part will take care of itself.
It's also a shame that it won't sell out because it will be a good game of pure footy - we will supply our usual 28k supporters, but the pathetic hybrid 19th chickens won't attend to make up the difference to make it a sell out.

Are you sure about that? Seems to be able to tackle hard and often. Probably still a warmish day, tired legs in the 4th, insane speed could be the clincher.

As has been said, doubt he will play. They might still be toying with the idea of going only one ruck, and Gray possibly as the sub, but I'm pretty sure the only change will be Redden out and Renouf in.

With Salter only around 2 weeks from returning from LTI, I'd think they'd want to get a full game or two into Mitchell to see how well he can run out a full game so hopefully he's not the sub.

I have loved everything Hinkley has done since has taken over, but I would be very disappointed to see Heath dropped to make way for Cassisi, it's not really justifiable. If anything I think it would be Cassisi for O'Shea if he were to come in, and if Grey was to come in he would replace Mitchell. But who knows, I'm still confident in backing Hinkley but yeah, hasn't really held firm on the 'Golden Passes' if one of those two were to come in, IMO

I'd wait till the last minute to decide the sub.

If it's wet, cold and blustery conditions, I'd probably have Neade as a late out, and bring in a few harder bodies (ala Cassisi, Thomas, Moore) and give Mitchell a full game.

If it's a dry track, then keep Neade on for a full game.
