I'm more confident of a Port win than I was for either of the showdowns last year.

The team is more talented, is fitter, we're playing a much better brand of footy plus I have more faith in the current coaches box. But we are coming up against a hardened AFL side that has a good spread of talent. If the crow's big name players get on top, Port will find it hard to win.

Of course, I'll be disappointed if we lose but the feeling will be worse if we don't put up a strong performance.
