A humble achiever who never gives up trying to improve himself and his game. He is a great asset for the club as his work ethic should be held up as an example to all new recruits.
He could have been forgiven for showing signs of having an ego after his medal win but it was "business as usual" as he got back to work changing and improving his game, yet again, and having a better year than his medal winning year.
I have noticed that the current Brownlow Medallist has started to show signs of an inflated head .... it will be interesting to see how he handles himself in 2016.

As an assistant I would imagine. Doesn't seem to be the sort of guy who enjoys the spotlight ... more about the team than himself.
