Rubberducky, totally agree with you. I've been discussing this point for sometime now. 'Structure' like any company or organisation can be changed, if the player or employee wants to.

If Prismall can be versatile, like Enright, Mackie, Milburn and Kelly (all were midfielders when drafted), then he easily has a spot in the best 22 mainly due to his superior disposal.

Can this be done for Pris, who knows. However if he continues his present form, can you drop him?

Good question german, it would be a brave man to drop him IMO.

I think Prismall lacks a defensive side to his game, so a backline position looks doubtful. He did however show he can kick a goal from outside fifty against Port and has kicked a few previously... perhaps he could play a HFF role and alternate through the midfield, although his ability in a marking contest is unproven?

Even though my post is Dreamteam related this kid looks like he's going to be a gun in the near future and would EASILY be in the starting 22 of any other team in the comp. In saying that, do you guys think he will keep his spot for the remainder of the season or majority of?
Who would come back in to replace him?
