Currently I'm up to about Challenge 37, where I have to completely dominate Man U (win by at least 3 goals, keep a clean sheet and concede 3 fouls or less).

Gamespot have mentioned the ps3 version suffers from framerate issues and slowdown, especially around goals. Thats sorta forgivable in online games, but apparently it happens in single player too.

They gave it 6/10.

Thank God I have the PC version. My issue is that the gameplay is a tad fast. It's really good and fun but some players like Ronaldinho just zip around the field.

Yes, it's only on the PS2 version though. It's basically called the "World Tour" and you have 100 scenarios to get through, each with a different challenge.

Some examples include:
- Winning with all your players having no stamina or injuries
- Coming back from a goal down at half time to beat Brazil
- Scoring with 5 minutes to go
- Scoring with a starting player and a sub
- Scoring from 25m out
- Dribbling the ball into the net (this was a pain in the backside)

Some are more challenging than others, but it's good because they force you to adapt your gameplay each scenario.

I'll have to get it on PS2 as well now.

Yeh, but other mobs have given it nines. Thats why I asked around here. The best reviews are from normaal people that buy it coz they love the game, not coz its their job.

I've certainly seen good reviews for it on other platforms. Its just that you asked for ps3 specifically

I returned the PS3 version because of those framerate issues...made it very hard to stomach...got it on XBox360 instead, and its fine...working too much to play it atm though...

Anyone here have the PC version and play online? We should try and get some online games going because it's impossible to play lag free against international people.

The framerate thing happens only rarely on mine and doesn't really bother me anyway.

On ps3 is better than fifa. More realistic and the frame rate thingy is nothing I cant handle, reminds of World Cup 06 thoough.
