I have both and liked the fact you were more in the detail in infamous more, instead of just flying and jumping over buildings. However, Prototype was a lot of fun too. You got some pretty fun weapons in that.

Prototype 2 will take place in New York City with new lead Sergeant James Allen, following his quest to kill Alex Mercer, the protagonist from the first game.

Prototype 2 is slated for a 2012 release.

At least there won't be the rampant inFAMOUS 2 vs Prototype 2 stuff.

Bought Prototype 2 back in May and finally got round to playing it this weekend.

Pretty good, I enjoyed the first one and this is more of the same so far.
